Once your request is verified, we will permanently remove your data from our servers, unless legal or regulatory obligations require us to retain certain information.
2. Information We Delete
When submitting a data deletion request, the following information will be removed from our systems:

Preferences: Watchlists, favorites, and custom content recommendations.
⚠️ Important: After your data is deleted, your UTV account will be permanently deactivated, and the action cannot be reversed.
3. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request
To request the deletion of your personal data:

Email Request: Send an email to support@utv.com.my with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Your registered UTV email address.

4. Processing Time
Once your request is verified, we will process the deletion within 30 business days. You will be notified by email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.
5. Exceptions to Data Deletion
Certain data may not be eligible for deletion if:

Legal Obligations: We are required to retain certain financial records (e.g., payment transactions) for tax, auditing, or compliance purposes.

Unresolved Issues: If there are pending disputes, chargebacks, or other account-related matters, we may delay deletion until these issues are resolved.
6. Impact of Data Deletion
Once your account and data are deleted:

You will lose access to your UTV account permanently.

Any purchased or remaining content will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Should you wish to use UTV in the future, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
